Don't pay full Ruger retail as listed on their website. You might shop around and find one a little cheaper. The price sounds about what new ones are going for. If it's advertised as new, it's new, and in 45 colt it's a Blackhawk not a 'super'. I'VE NEVER heard of a 'parts clean-up' Ruger.
